WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, PLEASE BE PAITENT AS PROCESSING TIMES FOR ORDERS TAKES 3-5 DAYS. TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE SENT WHEN THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Each carrier has their own rates based on weight per pound.
RETURN POLICY
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted if initiated within 30 days of the original invoice date. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns/exchanges and the product(s) must repacked in their original packaging and be in new, sellable, condition. Shipping is non-refundable and any product(s) purchased with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund in addition to the 25% Restocking Fee. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will only be offered if we have received the product back within 30 days of the original invoice date. If the product is not received within 30 days of the original invoice date an account credit will be issued instead of a refund. Refunds/Exchanges are only processed after inspection by our staff which may take up to 14 days. Please allow 7 to 10 days after inspection for the refund to be initiated. Timing for credit to appear on credit card statements may vary by card issuer and may not show up until the next billing cycle statement.

In no event shall FAR Mudding be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

APPROVED RETURNS
Once we have approved your return, you will be emailed a notice of return approval.
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business after we receive and inspect your item. We will refund your order with the original payment method used less the original shipping cost.
Exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 business after we receive and inspect your item. We will email you a gift certificate to purchase a different item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe the item you received is defective, you have 30 days to make a claim on that product and ship it back to us. In the event an item is defective and you would like to exchange the item, please follow the warranty claim process. All shipping costs will be covered by FAR Mudding as long as the item is found to be defective within the 30 day period. In the event FAR Mudding finds the item not defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Any orders that have been received by FAR Mudding may be canceled or changed with no penalty within the first 72 hours of placing the order. Any FAR Mudding product will carry a change / cancelation fee of 20% of the total order after the initial time. Any 3rd party vendor product (i.e. – lights, shocks, etc.) included will carry a 20% change / cancelation fee. If you would like to cancel an order, please email info@farmudding.com.
ORDER CHANGES
We do our best to accommodate order changes but cannot guarantee an order can be changed once it had been received.
FITMENT
Customers are responsible for verification of fitment of products before purchase.
